BOOK YOUR TENT!
To book your tent is simple.
Just fill in the form below, submit this back to us and we will confirm we’ve received your request and which size tent and accessories you have chosen. Easy!
After that, you’ll need to pay 25% of the total hire charge as your deposit to secure the tent. The remaining balance is then due 30 days prior to the set up date of the event.
For larger events each tent will have a name and number and these will be issued to all guests, and the hosts, prior to the event so that everyone is aware of who is staying where. Payment for the tents can be made either by the host or the guests.
